Returns 

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (eg letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use our withdrawal form template  but it is not mandatory. 

You can also fill in and forward model withdrawal form  by email at hello@vincentfaudemer.fr. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (eg by e-mail).

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

You must return or return the goods directly to us or to the following address, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the expiry of this deadline.

Return costs

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Your liability is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this property.

Repayment

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the less expensive method of standard delivery offered by ourselves) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever date is first. Refunds can take between 1 to 7 days, while our banking services and your bank do the necessary.

Subject to the sovereign judgment of the courts in the matter, NFTs could be considered as goods whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply for NFTs.

According to the courts, NFTs could be considered as goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the trader and which may occur during the retraction period. Therefore, the right of retraction does not apply to NFTs.
